Overview
R&D Landscape is looking for dedicated individuals willing to lead a lawn mowing crew. Crew leaders must be enthusiastic, hard-working, able to follow direction, personable, honest, and reliable. The lawn mowing crew leader will also be an integral part of the R&D Landscape snow and ice management system in the winter.
Responsibilities
Lawn mowing crew leaders are expected to be able to lead and motivate a crew of 1 or more individuals completing our customer lists. The individual must be able to operate our software, follow directions from supervisors, and leave clear notes when needed about property conditions. The lawn mowing crew leader will be responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality lawn mowing and maintenance results that meet or exceed the standards of clients and management.
Required Work Experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Efficient with time management
• Able to lead a crew of 1 or more crew members
• Valid Driver’s license
• Valid Chauffeur's license
• Valid DOT certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience
At least 2-4 years’ operating lawn maintenance equipment
(zero turn, weed whacker, backpack blower, etc.)
