Miah!
Miah Rushin joined the LandMark Landscapes team this season and has quickly become an invaluable member of our crew. From her very first day, Miah has demonstrated an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. She consistently goes above and beyond, always looking for ways to help her teammates and improve her skills.
As a member of our bed maintenance team, Miah helps care for more than 50 properties that require detailed attention and a high standard of quality. She takes pride in her work, pays close attention to detail, and represents the company professionally during client interactions and property walkthroughs. Her ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and maintain a positive outlook has made her a standout employee.
Beyond her daily responsibilities, Miah also helps care for our nursery stock and is continually looking for opportunities to grow within the industry. She is currently pursuing her pesticide applicator's license and regularly seeks out educational resources to expand her knowledge and expertise.
Miah's dedication, professionalism, and team-first mentality have made a tremendous impact in a short amount of time. We are excited to see her continued growth and are proud to recognize her as our Employee of Every Other Month.
