Scott is more than just a crew leader in our commercial and condo maintenance division here at R&D Landscape; he’s become a dependable leader for both his crew and our customers.


Scott takes great pride in his work, ensuring every job is done on time and correctly. He enjoys being outside every day, working through the seasons, staying active, and doing work he genuinely likes. It’s something he carries over into his personal life too. When he’s not on the job, you’ll usually find him working in his own yard or out camping, still enjoying the outdoors.

One thing Scott really stands out for is how much he values customer service. He makes sure every customer feels taken care of and that their needs are met. He also does a great job leading his crew and making sure they have what they need to succeed.


Scott represents what R&D Landscape is all about. His work ethic, leadership, and commitment to quality make him a big part of our team.
