Snow Warriors (Sidewalk Crew)
This month, we want to recognize a group that truly represents what hard work and teamwork look like at R&D Landscape. Our Snow Warrior Sidewalk Crews.
While most people are still sleeping, these crews are already out in the cold making sure businesses, apartments, and properties across Mid-Michigan are safe and accessible. Snow, ice, wind, and freezing temperatures do not stop them. They show up early, stay late, and handle every storm with consistency and professionalism.
The Snow Warriors do more than just clear sidewalks. They help prevent accidents, keep operations running, and make sure R&D delivers on its promises even in the toughest conditions. It is demanding work, but these crews bring a great attitude and take real pride in what they do.
We are extremely grateful for the long nights, early mornings, and dedication these crews put in all winter long. This recognition is for the entire season of effort, not just one storm.
